Viewing the Activity Log

The Activity Log shows all user activity including the addition of new users, and updates to user profiles and basic user information.

 To view the Activity Log

1. On the Home page, click the View Activity Log link.

2. You can:

• Click any column heading (except Action) to sort the list in a different order. Alternately a column heading will sort alternately in ascending or descending order.

• Click the Detail link to view detailed information about changes to a user's profile. (The Detail link will be available for user profile changes only to show the changes that were made to the user's system access settings.)  

• Apply a filter to restrict the Activity Log to show only certain items. Select a filter category from the Filter On drop-down list. Enter the fitler criteria, and then click Display.

Activity Details

When you click the Details link, the Activity Details page appears.

All company codes to which the user has access will be listed. The From and To lists show all company codes that are available in the user's profile. Click any link in either list to view the system access details below.
