Introduction

The Plan Sponsor Security application provides you with the ability to set up and maintain Plan Administrators and Financial Analysts and control their access to confidential plan information.

All Plan Sponsor users are assigned a "profile" when they are added to the site. This profile controls what they can and cannot do, and what information they can and cannot see. Initially, each user is assigned a default profile that provides system access that will best fit the majority of users. However, Security provides the flexibility to modify each user's profile to restrict or grant permission to information at the company code level, as required by the user's job responsibilities.

At any time, you can update a user's indicative information, view the system access they have for a specific plan, change system access by editing their profile, or delete a user from the Plan Sponsor site.
